During the pandemic shipping carriers are prioritizing medical equipment and supplies shipments which can cause delays in standard mail delivery in some areas, inside the country and out. Aside from that challenge they are also having limited transportation. Canada is slightly more affected by this and we are just asking for little patience.

Could you please verify if my order has been processed, l realize there are more important orders that have to be filled before mine. I purchased mine on April 21st order # 22587.
