General Terms & Conditions

General

Our General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries and services. An order becomes binding as soon as you send it to us.

Delivery period

Delivery is usually made within 5 business days within continental US. Should an item be currently out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible when delivery can be expected. Delivery is at the risk of the consignee.

Delivery Charges

You can rest assured that your order will arrive promptly and in perfect condition.

International shipments have duties and import tax calculated at the checkout.

Shipping Partner
Our goods are shipped with the USPS & UPS. For international shipping we also offer DHL Express.

Prices
All prices are in USD excluding the TAX at the prevailing rate.

Terms of payment
The goods are delivered against payment by majority of credit cards (Master Card, Visa Card, American Express, and JCB). We also accept Paypal and other means of payment. And as of September 2016 Apple pay.

Guarantee

Our products are covered by a guarantee that is valid for 1 year from date of invoice. On the glued parts of our jewellery we give a life time guarantee. If any glued part is either broken or loose, we will repair it without any charges for our customers except shipping. There is no guarantee obligation if a fault or damage was caused by handling, maintenance or care that was contrary to our instructions. The purchaser should consult the relevant instructions and recommendations on this website.

Complaints
Complaints about defects, incomplete or incorrect deliveries must be notified in writing within 14 days from date of invoice to Email: hello@neptn.us

Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us at NEPTN® US via Email: hello@neptn.us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

All the shipping expenses are non refundable.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you item only payments received from you. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or

(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Proprietary rights

Goods will remain the property of NEPTN® US until payment has been made in full.

Compensation

Claims for compensation due to mistakes in illustrations, prices or texts, or due to late delivery or failure to deliver, are strictly excluded. The color of the products displayed in the online shop may deviate from the actual product color.

Data protection:

It goes without saying that any data required by us for order processing purposes will be treated as strictly confidential.
