NEPTN is not responsible for any shipping delays during the global pandemic. International disruptions in mail delivery may happen due to limited transportation or restrictions in your area. At the moment international shippments are only available trough UPS & DHL at prevailing rate


Only items bought on holiday sale(s) are not eligible for refund. They are still eligible for size changes, color & style exchanges. Full priced item refund request can be denied if the same order is placed on holiday/annual sale. 


Our General Terms & Conditions apply to all deliveries and services. An order becomes binding as soon as you send it to us.

Our main delivery area is inside of UNITED STATES and Canada.


Delivery is usually made within 5 business days. In the event that an article is  out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible when delivery can be expected. Delivery is at the risk of the consignee. 
NEPTN is not responsible for any delays from carriers that customer chose at calculated rate (UPS or DHL)


We guarantee that all orders arrive promptly and in perfect condition.

Delivery charges are as follows:
All orders in USA ship for 3.95 USD for economy shipping
9.95 USD for expedited shipping,
15 USD for Canada shipping (additional shipping options at the checkout),
for the rest of the world prices are determined at the checkout

*If customer filled in incorrect address and package is sent back to us customer will be responsible for new shipping expenses to send package again

Certain countries require customs clearance and/or broker to clear customs. NEPTN is not responsible for those charges and does not hold information on how much those charges might be - they vary from country to country.

*Due to franchise agreements we DO NOT ship to following countries:

Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Russia and Former Soviet Republics  

Our goods are shipped through USPS, UPS and DHL

Custom clearance information may be required for orders being shipped to the certain countries. If the USPS make contact requesting such information, the order will only be held for a short time of awaiting response.

*International customs charges vary from country to country. Customer is responsible for covering any non-inclusive shipping charges including customs.
In case customer refuse to receive or pay duties to their customs and package is sent back to NEPTN customer will still be charged shipping cost and refunded price of item purchased. UPS brokerage fee can be avoided, read online your local news & information to get more details about how these charges can be avoided as they can go up to 60% of the package value. 

NEPTN does not cover shipping costs when sending products back.

All prices are in USD excluding the TAX at the prevailing rate.

If you place order and change your mind before it's shipped:
1. if you are changing your mind for cheaper one, you will be issued store credit for the price difference
2. if you are changing your mind for more expensive one, you will receive invoice for the price difference.

We accept a majority of credit cards (Master Card, Visa Card, American Express, and JCB). We also accept PayPal, Amazon payments, and Apple Pay.

If you decide to pay via bank transfer or PayPal eCheck please anticipate a slight delay in the fulfillment of your order while our bank processes the request. 


If your NEPTN bracelet/necklace does not fit perfectly, we will gladly exchange it for you. To meet free change requirements bracelet/choker needs to be in perfect condition and not more than 1 month old. If clasp is damaged you will be charged a fee for clasp replacement ($7-$12 depending on the style)

Simply send the bracelet/necklace back to us with the original ORDER NUMBER and corrections requested  (e.g. "please make it 1 cm longer/shorter"). Additionally, please include an additional 5 USD for return postage/packaging.

If you believe you have received an incorrect order (i.e. wrong color/product) or experience any quality issues, please send the product(s) back. Be sure to also include the changes that need to be. We guarantee that all replacements/repairs are done quickly. Do not try to repair item yourself as this will waive your right to claim warranty.

On the glued parts of our jewelry, we give a lifetime guarantee. If any glued items are broken or loose, we will repair them free of charge.There is no guarantee obligation if a fault or damage was caused by handling, maintenance, or care that was contrary to our instructions. The purchaser should consult the relevant instructions and recommendations on this website.
NEPTN is not responsible for lost or stolen items and do NOT offer replacement. 
We do not recommend wearing our magnetic styles next to watches or any other item that might be damaged by magnetic field. NEPTN is not responsible for such damage on your personal item.

Complaints regarding defects or incomplete/ incorrect deliveries must be notified in writing within 14 days from date of invoice to Email:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without reason - unless your order has been placed during the holiday sale, in that case only size or color change will be available.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us at NEPTN® US via Email: of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement.

To meet the cancellation deadline, you must communicate your cancellation via email before 14 days.

NEPTN reserves right to refuse return/refund if this policy is abused.

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse payment made for product minus the delivery. We may deduct from your payment due loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or

(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

(d) every customer has write to up to two cancelations, all purchases made after meeting this condition will not be eligible for refunds, returns or exchange under no circumstances. After meeting this condition customer will have to make new purchase even if product is broken. 

(e) and product is not purchased during the holiday sale

We will make the reimbursement using the same method of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.


Goods will remain the property of NEPTN® US until payment has been made in full.


Claims for compensation due to mistakes in illustrations, prices or texts, or due to late delivery or failure to deliver, are strictly excluded. The color of the products displayed in the online shop may deviate from the actual product color depending on your screen.

Gift returns are not eligible for refund. You will be issued store credit instead.

If you lose your bracelet due to your own negligence product will NOT be replaced or offered compensation. Unless clasp failure is reported within 7 days of receiving. 


Any data required by us for order processing purposes will be treated as strictly confidential. We do not sell your information to third parties. 


We are happy when we get pictures from you !!! The more the merrier !!!

However, NEPTN reserves right to delete or ban any harmful or negative content from social media pages if those comments were not made by customer. All customers comments positive AND negative will remain on social media pages with proper answer from NEPTN team member as a guidance to future purchasers.
