General Terms & Conditions

GENERAL

Our General Terms & Conditions apply to all deliveries and services. An order becomes binding as soon as you send it to us.

Our main delivery area is inside of UNITED STATES and Canada.

DELIVERY PERIOD

Delivery is usually made within 5 business days. In the event that an article is  out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible when delivery can be expected. Delivery is at the risk of the consignee. 

DELIVERY CHARGES

We guarantee that all orders arrive promptly and in perfect condition.

Delivery charges are as follows:
All orders in USA ship for 0.00 USD for standard shipping
7.95 USD for expedited shipping,
6.00 USD for Canada shipping,
11.50 USD for the rest of the world,
35 USD for same day personal delivery in Miami area only
*Free world wide shipping on orders over 249.00 USD

*If you filled in incorrect address and package is sent back to us you will be responsible for new shipping expenses to send package again

Certain countries require customs clearance and/or broker to clear customs. NEPTN is not responsible for those charges and does not hold information on how much those charges might be - they vary from country to country.

*Due to franchise agreements we DO NOT ship to following countries:

Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium & Russia

SHIPPING PARTNERS
Our goods are shipped through USPS.

Custom clearance information may be required for orders being shipped to the certain countries. If the USPS make contact requesting such information, the order will only be held for a short time of awaiting response.

NEPTN does not cover shipping costs when sending products back.

PRICES
All prices are in USD excluding the TAX at the prevailing rate.

If you place order and change your mind before it's shipped:
1. if you are changing your mind for cheaper one, you will be issued store credit for the price difference
2. if you are changing your mind for more expensive one, you will receive invoice for the price difference.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

We accept a majority of credit cards (Master Card, Visa Card, American Express, and JCB). We also accept Paypal, Amazon payments, and Apple Pay.

GUARANTEE

Our products are covered by a guarantee that is valid for 2 years from date of invoice. On the glued parts of our jewelry, we give a lifetime guarantee. If any glued items are broken or loose, we will repair them free of charge.There is no guarantee obligation if a fault or damage was caused by handling, maintenance, or care that was contrary to our instructions. The purchaser should consult the relevant instructions and recommendations on this website.
NEPTN is not responsible for lost or stolen items and do NOT offer replacement. 

COMPLAINTS
Complaints regarding defects or incomplete/ incorrect deliveries must be notified in writing within 14 days from date of invoice to Email: thunderstorm@neptn.us

NEPTN does not cover shipping costs when sending products back.

RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us at NEPTN® US via Email: hello@neptn.us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement.

To meet the cancellation deadline, you must communicate your cancellation via email before 14 days.

NEPTN does not cover shipping costs when sending products back.

EFFECTS OF CANCELATION 

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. We may deduct from your payment due loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or

(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
NEPTN is not responsible for covering shipping costs when sending product back.

Gifts are not eligible for a refund. You will be issued store credit instead.

Without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

Goods will remain the property of NEPTN® US until payment has been made in full.

COMPENSATION

Claims for compensation due to mistakes in illustrations, prices or texts, or due to late delivery or failure to deliver, are strictly excluded. The color of the products displayed in the online shop may deviate from the actual product color.

Gift returns are not eligible for refund. You will be issued store credit instead.

If you lose your bracelet due to your own negligence product will NOT be replaced or offered compensation. Unless clasp failure is reported in first week of receiving. 

DATA PROTECTION

Any data required by us for order processing purposes will be treated as strictly confidential.

SOCIAL MEDIA COMMENTS & POSTING

We are happy when we get pictures from you !!!

However, NEPTN reserves right to delete or ban any harmful or negative content from social media pages if those comments were not made by customer. All customers comments positive OR negative will remain on social media pages with proper answer from NEPTN team member.
