- NEPTN was originally founded in Germany in 2014 and made it's move to US on April 1st 2016.
- all of our products are made to order in our workshop in Miami from genuine leather, lane, stainless steel clasps with option of 24k Gold or Rose Gold plating for some collections (925 silver options coming soon)
- we offer free size changes & lifetime warranty on adhesive
- standard shipping in US is free on orders over $29 & over $149 for Canada
- due to their handcrafting time, we do not offer overnight shipping, orders usually ship within 24-36 hrs after you place the order
- we will always reply to your every request (sometimes we get too many of them, so it might take us a day or two, but we usually reply within few hours via email and immediately via website chat)
- even though we have some waterproof styles, we always recommend you to keep them away from salty water
- whenever you have doubts about sizing, you can reach out to us, we will help you
